Generate Leads into your Google Spreadsheets with Botpress

In this article I will show you how to create a Botpress bot that can generate leads on your website 24/7 and save them in a Google Spreadsheet CRM automatically.

First of all What is a CRM?

A CRM(Customer Relationship Manager) is an organised way to manage your customers or potential customers. A CRM keeps track of both who you're selling to (contacts and companies) and the progress of your sales conversations (sales pipeline). You can customize the pipeline stages to match the specific steps in your sales process.

There are a multitude of CRM solutions out there, but why do I recommend Google Spreadsheets?

Well, for three reasons.

  1. It's FREE (Everyone with a google account can use them)
  2. It's easy to use (In my opinion)
  3. You can give access to others

I know the last reason is not that secure, but for a small business this is enough to keep things organised.
