First of all What is a CRM?

A CRM(Customer Relationship Manager) is an organised way to manage your customers or potential customers. A CRM keeps track of both who you're selling to (contacts and companies) and the progress of your sales conversations (sales pipeline). You can customize the pipeline stages to match the specific steps in your sales process.

There are a multitude of CRM solutions out there, but why do I recommend Google Spreadsheets?

Well, for three reasons.

1. It's FREE (Everyone with a google account can use them)
2. It's easy to use (In my opinion)
3. You can give access to others

I know the last reason is not that secure, but for a small business this is enough to keep things organised.

Now, I'm not gonna go into too much detail on how to organize your leads because this post is not about that. This post is about how to create a chatbot that can generate leads by retrieving customer's data and storing it in a Google Spreadsheet.
